FAQ's

KMOT is an online and mobile enabled platform that connects the world’s businesses with their employees and customers. It helps users keep on track of their personal goals, an activity that in turn make them healthier and more confident and also provides them with a sense of achievement and success.

KMOT offers 5 key goal categories for users; Food, Financial, Fitness, Friends & Family (Relationships) and Philanthropic and additionally offers a “Free for All” category for goals that cannot be classified in the 5 defined categories. By responding to prompts generated by the KMOT platform, users build a record of whether or not they are keeping on track of their goals. Progress is displayed via a personal dashboard which can be customized with a range of graph options and also shows messages of support (we call them nudges) that are provided by each user’s personal community.

Standard

Standard users are those users who are attracted to a personal life dashboard that can show how they are progressing towards the achievement of personal goals across multiple categories. Standard users have complimentary access to the KMOT platform.

Premium

Premium users are those who have become familiar with the standard (‘freeware’) version of KMOT and subsequently decide to pay a monthly subscription to receive additional features such as; the ability to track more goals; reporting of historic goals and adding additional community members to help them keep on track of their goals. The cost for a Premium subscription is $4 per user per month. We deduct this fee each quarter, and we also donate $1 of this fee (per month) to one of our preferred charities.
